In 2006, Rob was recruited to Sydney to lead the Feature Film & Television Division of Artist & Entertainment Group, then Australia’s largest talent agency. He was promoted to Partner within twelve months. Three years later, he founded RWA, bringing together the commercial discipline of an agent, the long view of a manager and the personal investment that meaningful representation demands.
That background gives RWA a rare perspective in the Australian market: major-agency training, talent-management experience, international relationships and direct founder-level oversight in one representation model.

Throughout his career, Rob has worked with Academy Award, Emmy, SAG, AACTA and Logie Award winners and nominees, while also recognising exceptional talent long before it became widely known. That experience continues to shape how RWA evaluates talent, positions actors and approaches long-term career development.
Today, RWA works across Australia and internationally, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe.
